UNIT: 

PROBLEM: 

TOO MANY PATTERN ATTEMPTS

SOLUTION:

press and hold vol + and power at the same time about ten to 15 secs

this will appear after doing so.... so hold still

after this color appear release the buttons ..... 

recovery mode enter success
use the vol + and - to scroll down .... and power to enter
scroll down to WIPE DATA/FACTORY RESET then click power to ENTER

follow ..... hit enter to proceed wiping data

take note: 

all the files stored on phone will be automatically deleted 

ex. CONTACTS , PICS and etc.

wiping data / factory reset SUCCESS.
