HISTORY: custmer said: nagchacharge lang sya, pagkatapos turn off nya phone nya. after nun daw hindi na sya nag ON redlight na lang sya.

PROBLEM: RED LIGHT ONLY

SOLUTION:

bago ang lahat, isip isip muna ..... bago ko sya e software sana sa freesoft para update ko.

naisip ko tanggalin ko muna battery then saka ko e turn on.

kaya ginawa ko binuksan ko ung unit as stated in the picture. TANGGAL BATTERY THEN SALPAK ULIT.

BOOM PANES IT'S DONE FINALLY NO STRESS AT ALL

ALLHAMDULILLAH ... PERA NA!

forgot password

SOLUTION:

TURN OFF FIRST the unit

press and HOLD vol +, HOME and POWER at the same time

when this one appear on the screen, release the 3 bottoms.

after releasing wait till this one pops up

follow 

use the volume up down to navigate then scroll down to wipe date/factory reset then press POWER button to enter

again scroll down to delete all user data

then its done :)

set it up on your personal customization 

here you go it's all perfect

PROBLEM: 

TOO MANY PATTERN ATTEMPTS

SOLUTION:

press and hold vol + and power at the same time about ten to 15 secs

this will appear after doing so.... so hold still

after this color appear release the buttons ..... 

recovery mode enter success
use the vol + and - to scroll down .... and power to enter
scroll down to WIPE DATA/FACTORY RESET then click power to ENTER

follow ..... hit enter to proceed wiping data

take note: 

all the files stored on phone will be automatically deleted 

ex. CONTACTS , PICS and etc.

wiping data / factory reset SUCCESS.

PROBLEM SOLVED

PROBLEM :

SOLUTION AND PROCEDURE :

AT THE SAME TIME PRESS AND HOLD VOLUME ( - ) AND POWER SWITCH ABOUT 10 SEC, AFTER IT SHOULD APPEAR LIKE THIS ...  

USE VOL ( + ) , ( - ) TO NAVIGATE ... 

NAVIGATE DOWN TO WIPE DATA'FACTORY RESET .... PRESS OK BY PRESSING POWER SWITCH

FOLLOW 

REBOOT .....  AND JOB WELL DONE!!!

EXTRA CHARGE .... NAGPA INSTALL NG ANTI VIRUS
